initial costs of class action. If winning lawyer, who can not pay benefits?
A lawyer pursues the fire of our subdivision monthly dues that have been loaded for years and residents to be reimbursed. If we decide not to and that he wins, we are not entitled to retroactive payments anyway because he believes the county and paying the fee therefor. This is not a volunteer fire department.
