How do I go about filing a lawsuit?
I am going to file a lawsuit against my previous school because they lied about the type of degree that the school provides. I left the school in August of last year but I still receive calls saying that I missed classes even though I am not attending. My loan money was never sent back according to my loan agency, so I am responsible for that money.
Honestly, if you have to ask that question, you’re not competent to represent yourself. You need a lawyer.
